In partnership with Counselling First, Grid Society is hosting a 6-hour CPD workshop designed for Qualified Counsellors, Trainee Counsellors, Supervisors, and Coaches. This interactive session will equip you with tools to silence the inner critic—both for your clients and yourselves.

What is the Inner Critic?

The inner critic is that persistent voice in our heads that undermines our confidence and self-worth. It manifests as negative self-talk, often telling us that we are not good enough, that we are failures, or that we do not deserve success. This workshop will provide you with practical strategies to counter this negative self-talk, empowering you and your clients to embrace self-compassion and growth.
