Refunds and Returns

If your physical products are faulty and you need to return them, we’re here to help! Gridmoves will accept returns on all goods which are faulty. You can return faulty physical products for a replacement product (if in stock) or a refund to the original payment method.

What items are excluded from our returns policy?

 - Digital Products

 - Change of mind orders/unwanted orders 

Note: If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to amend your change-of-mind order, but we can not guarantee this. Please email us as soon as possible to check the status of your order:  hello@thisisgridlife.com

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

 

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, or simply email us at hello@thisisgridlife.com stating the reasons for your return. To speed up the return process, it is helpful to include any images of the faulty products. 

2. For faulty products, all postage is pre-paid for by us. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

4. If, for any reason, you are unable to use our pre-paid label, you can send the faulty products to us using the address below. Please note that if you do not use the pre-paid label, postage costs will be at your own expense. If you opt to send the products back in this way, please also ensure that you include details of your name, address and order number so that we can ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned products
