If you decide that a Grid Society product is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

- no forms to complete

​- no explanations required

​To request a refund, simply email us at hello@thisisgridlife.com within 14 days of your purchase. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

 

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Physical Products

If you have purchased a physical product and decide it is not right for you, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

To arrange a return, please email hello@thisisgridlife.com with your order number and we will provide return instructions. Returned items should be unused and in reasonable condition. Once received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If a physical product is faulty, we are happy to offer either:

- a replacement (if available), or

- a full refund​. Return details will be provided by email.​
