January Workshop 2027: Inner Critic Confront the Grey Voices - Get Ready for 2027, No More Negative Thinking - sign up now
Mid - January Workshop 2027: Inner Critic
If you started 2027 determined to stop overthinking, second-guessing yourself and putting yourself down, now is the time to confront your inner critic.
Join our Confront the Grey Voices 2.5-hour live online Grid Society Masterclass in mid-January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to challenge negative thinking and leave a lasting impression on your mindset for the rest of the year.
Using the Grid Society philosophy, you will learn to recognise the different voices operating in your thinking, understand which ones deserve your attention and confront the Grey Voices™ that keep making a case against you.
Which inner voice are you listening to?
Not every thought deserves the same authority.
During the masterclass, you will explore the Grid Society framework and begin recognising the different voices influencing how you think, respond and make decisions.
Through practical exercises, you will look at your own internal dialogue and start identifying the thoughts that deserve to be challenged.
You will also consider which Grid you are operating from now and what that reveals about your current thinking.
This is an action masterclass
This is not 2.5 hours of someone telling you to think positively.
You will be doing the work while you are there: identifying, thinking, writing, questioning, challenging and building your defence against the Grey Voices that repeatedly show up in your life.
This is your thinking. Your experiences. Your evidence. Your defence.
Activate your Orange Voice
Recognising your Grey Voice is only part of the work.
During the masterclass, you will also explore how to activate your Orange Voice and strengthen the internal dialogue you want to take forward.
