We are so pleased to share a few highlights from one of our recent workshops at Barking and Dagenham College for Level 4 Counsellors.

Since launching our workshops in the summer of 2024, we have been invited back multiple times to deliver sessions within a short space of time. Each invitation is an honour, and we are both humbled and excited. Working with both Level 3 and Level 4 Counsellors has been an absolute privilege and each session brings its own unique energy.

Our client, Chris Gresch - Psychotherapist, Integrative Counsellor, and Clinical Supervisor -approached us after seeing our work at one of the CPTA workshops. The CPTA recommendation came through Counselling First, proving once again how invaluable connections and networking can be.

Our first session at Barking and Dagenham College was held in the evening. Despite the late hour, the group was vibrant, positive and brought incredible energy to the room. We introduced our now well-known "Confront the Grey Voices: Overcome Your Inner Critic" workshop and the feedback was heartening. Many participants shared how uplifted they felt, leaving us inspired to continue delivering impactful sessions like this one.
