Another Impactful Workshop Session for Confront the Grey Voices - 6 photos to mark the moment!

We are so pleased to share a few highlights from our second visit to Barking and Dagenham College, where we worked with a fantastic audience of Counsellors.

Building on the experience from our first workshop at the college, our confidence grew further, and this session proved to be equally rewarding. The lead Level 5 Counsellor, Kevin, provided us with wonderful feedback, particularly noting how we kept the group engaged. Many participants shared personal insights about their journeys and thought processes, making the session even more meaningful.

We delivered our well-known "Confront the Grey Voices: Overcome Your Inner Critic" workshop, and the energy in the room was incredible. Connecting with such thoughtful and reflective individuals was a privilege, and we left inspired by the fact that we were able to inspire others.
