Discover the Grid metaphor—a practical framework to understand where you are emotionally and how your mindset has evolved. Reflect on your current state and revisit key moments in your past to uncover patterns of growth, identify where change is needed, and gain clarity on your emotional journey

Part 2: Build Your Voice Template
Learn to recognise the ways you speak to yourself, categorising unhelpful and helpful thoughts. With guidance, you’ll work on a Voice Template—a tool that helps you immediately identify and stop critical self-talk while encouraging supportive and constructive thinking.

Part 3: Reframe with the 13-Step Grey Voice Defence Process
