🟠You can take part privately. No verbal sharing required unless you desire to and each step is guided live by a Grid Society facilitator, so you will always know what to do next.

🟠A Workbook. You will be using our signature printable workbook that takes you through each task, with space to write and clarify your own thoughts.

 

🟠Real work in real time - In this session, time is spent doing the real work on yourself, not learning theories or tips to try later, but actually gaining insight as you move through each task.

🟠No camera necessary. You do not need to speak, appear on camera or share anything personal.
