Workshop Overview
This workshop is for people who seem fine on the outside but are silently exhausted by self-doubt. Whether it is overthinking, overperforming or overexplaining, the pressure to hold it together often hides the thought patterns that keep you stuck.
You will use the Grid as your framework for clarity. It helps you locate where your thinking is stuck and what needs to shift to move forward.
You will be trained in a system, not just handed advice. From the Voice Template to the 13-Step Grey Voice Defence, you will leave with tools designed to rewire how you think and respond.
This is not a lecture. You will work through your real patterns in real time. Every exercise is designed to help you challenge unhelpful thinking as it happens and replace it with something stronger.

Learn the Grid Metaphor and Reflect
You will be introduced to the Grid - a practical tool to help you understand how your mindset is operating day to day. You will reflect on your current thinking, recognise patterns and start to see where your thoughts are helping or holding you back.
Build Your Grid Society Voice Template
You will look at the things you say to yourself each day. With guidance, you will create your own Grid Society Voice Template - a tool that helps you track unhelpful thoughts, clarify what needs to change and build a new standard for how you speak to yourself.
Apply the 13-Step Grey Voice Defence Process
You will be guided through a step-by-step method to challenge self-doubt. You will practise breaking down thoughts, using evidence and replacing them with language that is firmer, more accurate and more useful.
Strengthen Your New Voice
You will practise using this new standard out loud and on paper. This is where you begin to build consistency, so your thinking does not default back when pressure returns. You will leave with a stronger voice that holds up under pressure and feels more like you.
