Explore the Pattern Recognition Workbook Collection
Updated: 7 days ago

The Pattern Recognition Workbook Collection was created by Grid Society following the themes, questions and recurring patterns that came through our workshops. Each workbook takes one specific area of life and helps you recognise the thoughts, behaviours and patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
The collection covers topics including comparison, people pleasing, ghosting, self-criticism, limiting beliefs, breaking cycles, empty success and dating red flags. Each volume can be used as a quick check-in or for deeper reflection, depending on what you need in the moment.
The idea is simple: recognise the pattern, understand what is happening and make a different move.

VOL. 1: Comparison
I Feel Like I’m Behind Compared to My Friends
A self-reflection workbook for recognising comparison patterns and the thoughts that make you feel behind, question your progress or minimise what you have already achieved.
Use it to catch comparative thinking, look at your own path more clearly and bring your attention back to your own progress.
VOL. 2: People pleasing & boundaries
I Struggle with People-Pleasing and Boundaries
A self-reflection workbook for recognising people-pleasing patterns and the moments when keeping everybody else happy starts coming at your own expense.
Use it to notice where you overextend yourself, struggle to say no or ignore your own needs, then start making clearer choices around your time, energy and boundaries.
VOL. 3: Ghosting, texting & dating
I Overanalyse Every Message Because I Have Been Ghosted
A self-reflection workbook for recognising the overthinking patterns that can show up after being ghosted, especially when texting, dating or waiting for a reply.
Use it to catch the spirals, notice when past experiences are influencing the present and look at dating situations with a clearer head.
VOL. 4: Inner Critic
I Always Put Myself Down
A self-reflection workbook for recognising the negative self-talk patterns that make you criticise yourself, dismiss your strengths or focus on what you think is wrong with you.
Use it to catch the inner critic in real time, question the way you speak to yourself and start replacing automatic self-criticism with a more balanced perspective.
VOL. 5: Limited Beliefs
All I See Is Dead Ends
A self-reflection workbook for recognising limiting beliefs and the thought patterns that make your options feel smaller than they really are.
Use it to catch dead-end thinking, question the assumptions closing things off and start looking for possibilities you may have been dismissing.
