Orange Tales Only. This is not just a trendy strapline -This is conscious conversation

Orange Tales Only. This is conscious conversation. conversation Guidelines.

This is not just another quote we created hoping to get likes on Instagram. This is not an aesthetic caption.

This is not one of those feel-good soundbites that lives on a feed and dies in real life.

This is a conscious lifestyle.

A deliberate decision to ensure that the conversations we engage in - with ourselves and with others - are Orange.

Yes, there will be serious conversations. Yes, there may be moments rooted in grief, stress, or uncertainty - but we are not talking about those necessary conversations.

We are talking about the general conversations we engage in daily - the casual exchanges, the looping voice notes, the group chats and the internal commentary running through our minds.

That is where the culture is either built or broken.

Once you’ve attended our Confront the Grey Voices Workshop, this is what we will no longer be doing...

No Grey Grid Dumps.

No Recycled Loops.

We are not here to talk for the sake of talking.

We are not revisiting the same wounds with no movement.

This is not the realm of pity parties or emotional recycling bins.

This is not the place for endless “what ifs” with no action.

This is not a space for gossip disguised as connection.

This is not where we rehearse problems louder than we speak purpose.

That is the Grey Grid.

And guess what?

We do not live there.

Grey Grid Tales vs Orange Tales:

Confront the Grey Voices attendees, let's recap on the difference

🌀 Grey Grid Tales are:

  • Repetitive emotional spirals

  • Victimhood cycles disguised as updates

  • Loops that go nowhere and drain energy

  • Stories with no intention to grow, change, or take responsibility

🟠 Orange Tales are:

  • Real and raw - but layered with insight

  • Anchored in possibility, even when the topic is serious

  • Shared to uplift, release, or connect

  • Designed to heal, not to recycle

Remember, it is a two-way process. We do not sit and absorb Grey Grid tales and neither do we contribute to them either.

The shift we teach in our workshops

Once you learn to categorise your inner voice, you begin to categorise the conversations around you. You start reaching for higher-quality dialogue. You start craving the energising exchange. You begin filtering everything - thoughts, responses, relationships - through the Orange Hue. And everything begins to change.

Because, like we said - Orange Tales make the best conversations
