Men Creating Space to Confront their Grey Voices: Our Most Powerful Male-Led Online Workshop Yet

On 31 May 2025, we ran the online version of our Confront the Grey Voices Workshop and what unfolded left a mark.

We always have men in our workshops, but this was different. This time, male energy was the dominant force and it was impactful in a different way.

Lee from LB Creatives attended our Building Boundaries Masterclass on the 17th of May. He loved it so much that he left with a mission: “Men need this.” He shared the experience with ten men from his personal circle and just like that, our next workshop was filled with a new audience.

From the very start, the energy felt different. This was our first time delivering to a 98% male audience, and what unfolded was extraordinary. These men, all accomplished and extremely busy with their everyday lives, chose themselves. They carved out time to give their mindset a check-up, using our workshop as the tool, based on one recommendation from LB Creatives.

And then they went in.

They did not hide behind humour. They did not dismiss the discomfort. They did not avoid the truth. They sat with their thoughts. They reflected with clarity. They responded with depth, fully engaging with our gamified concept. They unpacked patterns they had long ignored. There was no posturing. No performance. Just real men, doing real work.

And what they walked away with?
