This session helps you identify where boundaries are having a positive impact and where a lack of boundaries is holding you back. You will gain clarity on how these patterns affect your energy, well-being and progress.
Boundary Drills:
Build Your Boundary Muscles
Focus on identifying evidence of boundaries you have successfully implemented in the past and the benefits they created. By highlighting these successes, you will build resilience and confidence to protect your time, energy and emotional wellbeing in future situations.
Boundary Threshold:
Know Your Limits
Delve into your reactions when boundaries are tested. Reflect on how long it takes you to set a boundary and the consequences of not setting one. This session explores personal fears, social pressures and the emotional and practical cost of weak boundaries, building a compelling rationale for change.
Boundary Builder:
Create Boundaries That Work
Move beyond vague or ineffective boundaries by using a structured framework to create purposeful, enforceable, and actionable boundaries. This session provides a clear checklist to help you design boundaries that protect your wellbeing, strengthen your relationships and align with your goals.
Boundary Scan 2:
Assess and Align Your Boundaries with Your Environments & Relationships
You will complete a comprehensive scan of your key environments and relationships to understand where your boundaries stand. The results will clearly highlight which areas require urgent attention, minor adjustments or are currently well-managed. You will explore the cost of taking no action and connect this insight to your personal vision for each area. Finally, you will create a tailored boundary plan that aligns with your long-term goals and supports your growth in every part of your life.
