Culture Series 2: She showed up in Orange for our first Building Boundaries Workshop in Dubai and tagged us in the morning

This is the second part in our ongoing Culture Series. Part 1 was about Making Gridmoves in the park. Part 2 is about our first Building Boundaries Workshop in Dubai, which was monumental for many reasons.
And this was one of them.
We woke up proud, having been tagged in this Instagram Story on the morning of our workshop. A workshop attendee was dressed in orange, head to toe. Our brand colour. Adding to our movement. Reflecting the mindset behind our brand. Our message.
She wrote:

This was our Beyoncé Cowboy Carter moment, the kind where she calls a concert and everyone shows up in cowboy boots and hats, fully understanding the energy before a word is even spoken.
No one told her to wear orange, but she got it. Whether it was from our branding, our marketing, our social media campaign, or because she had already attended our Confront the Grey Voices workshop in Dubai, she understood the assignment.
She showed up to our first Building Boundaries workshop dressed in orange, head to toe. Not just wearing it, but embodying it and might we add, looking absolutely fabulous. She arrived knowing what orange meant. She arrived understanding that orange was more than fashion, it was a state of mind.
For us, that matters more than you can imagine because orange has become more than a brand colour, more than a visual identity, more than an accent in our logo. It is a signal that you are choosing yourself and choosing to move forward. It is not just a look. It is a positioning, one you are reaching for, or one you are already living in.
