At our latest ‘Building Boundaries: Stay Off the Grey Grid’ workshop, something happened that proved just how deep this process goes.
Within the very first exercise, a participant broke down in tears.
Not because they weren’t strong.
Not because they weren’t ready.
But because, for the first time, they saw the truth about their boundaries.
They saw the moments when they had strong, healthy boundaries.
They saw the times when they had tried but struggled.
And they saw, clearly, the times when their boundaries had been completely absent.
And when you see it all laid out in front of you? It hits differently.

For years, they had told themselves that their boundaries were “fine.” But, Boundary Scan 1 made it undeniable:
