In Part 1, we explored 3 types of anxiety that often appear at the beginning of growth.
The kinds that show up when you are just starting to push, stretch, or shift out of your comfort zone. We named them: 1.) It's Time to Push - Anxiety, 2.) Unfamiliar Territory - Anxiety, and 3.) New Moves - Anxiety.
So, how do anxiety symptoms show up when you have already started to move forward?
What happens when you have done the inner work, taken action, and progress is actually unfolding, but the anxiety still has not gone? That is where we pick up now.
Part 2 explores 3 more types of anxiety that do not show up at the start of the journey. They appear mid-flight. When you are already moving forward. When people are watching. When things are working. When success is arriving and the pressure is rising with it.
We call these: Structure Required Anxiety, Almost-There Anxiety, and Spotlight Anxiety. These are not beginner anxieties. These are - "I am expanding" anxieties.
This is the deeper tension that shows up not because you are behind, but because you are almost there, or already being seen.

4. STRUCTURE REQUIRED - ANXIETY
Anxiety because your progress has brought more weight. There is more to build, more to manage, and more priorities depending on you. You are holding everything together across multiple areas of life, and the pressure is pushing you way past your comfort again. Hence the anxiety.
You have started to move forward, but now the pressure has stacked up. There is more on your list than you can manage in one day. More people need you. More things rely on you. On top of that, you expect more from yourself now. You want to meet the deadline. You want to rise to the level this stage demands. You are not just trying to maintain; you are trying to grow. That is why the pressure is coming from both directions. It is external, because responsibilities are real. It is also internal, because you know what is required of you now.
This anxiety is not weakness. It is the pressure of progress without structure. At this stage, you do not just need discipline; you need a system.

Stop holding everything in your head. Choose the area that feels the most overloaded and build a repeatable system for it. Structure reduces anxiety. You do not need to push harder; you need to work smarter. If balance, stability, or results are what you want, your systems must be ready to hold them.
Find and construct your systems so your anxiety does not overload you.

5. ALMOST-THERE ANXIETY
Anxiety because you are so close. You can see it, feel it, hear it, and even smell a version of your vision. But the flight has not taken off yet. You are at the gate, ready to move and still moving, but also waiting. You are frustrated, restless, and impatient. "Should I give up?" is looming. Hence the anxiety.
Anxiety because you want to arrive. You are done being patient. You are tired of repeating the right things without seeing the full reward. The destination feels inches away but refuses to land.
You keep checking your phone. You scroll more. You stare at the screen, hoping for something to come through. Or you could be waiting for that person to say something. You are doing everything you can to stay grounded. The lack of confirmation or communication makes your mind restless. You overthink. You start questioning if this 'thing' you are doing is working. You wonder if it is you. You try to force a signal, something, anything that proves the shift is coming.
The anxiety creeps in, not because you are collapsing, but because you are holding on so tightly. You are trying not to spiral. That tension builds in your chest. You feel stuck between faith and fatigue. You are almost losing trust in your progress. You start scanning outside yourself for signs instead of staying anchored in what you already know.
This anxiety is not about failure. It is about the mental pressure of waiting without proof. That pressure, when unspoken, becomes a weight of its own.

Be honest about your frustration. Do not pretend you are fine if you are tired. Acknowledge what is real, even if it is only to yourself. Say it clearly, so you can walk through it cleanly. Then prepare for the next location. Get ready emotionally. Get ready physically. Act as if it is already unfolding. Use the anxiety as activation, not as proof that something is wrong. Settle your mind in the vision, not in the waiting. You are almost there. Let that be your focus.
This is how you hold steady when you are almost there, waiting at the gate until the flight finally clears for take-off.

6. SPOTLIGHT ANXIETY
This is the anxiety you feel right before your moment lands. You are entering a new life region and the spotlight is in position, but you are not sure if the work you have done will show. You want to rise, but you are not sure if you're ready. Hence the anxiety.
Anxiety because this is your moment. This is where you show your growth, your genius, your beliefs, your voice, your journey. This is where you let 'the work' speak, and the lessons show.
Stand tall, it is all being put to the test now. Lock in and showcase the fruits of your hard work. Ignore the anxiety. This is your moment to honour everything you have been through and everything you have built. Anxiety has no place here.
This is the front row seat to your own becoming. You are no longer hidden. People are watching. The energy you used to use to dream must now be used to deliver, and that makes you shake a little. You wonder if you are ready. You question if you belong. You wonder if you know enough. You wonder if you have done enough work, but the moment is already here. You have already been chosen for it, so stand in it under your destiny’s spotlight.

This anxiety is not shame. It only shows up when you have earned the platform. Breathe. Lock in. Let them see your growth and your shine.

Across Part 1 and Part 2 of this series, we have walked you through six types of anxiety. Not to dismiss them. Not to sugar-coat them. But to help you reflect on what kind of anxiety you are currently experiencing and what it is asking of you.

Ask yourself honestly:
Is this an anxiety that is keeping me spiralling and stuck at the Edge?
Or is this the kind that, once recognised, I can push through because it benefits my growth.
Sometimes, anxiety is a sign that something is shifting. Sometimes, it is your nervous system adjusting to the new level you hoped for, dreamed of, wished for, worked for, and prayed for.
Whether you are at the Edge or standing under the Spotlight, the pressure you feel is not random. It is data. It is direction. Sometimes, it is proof that your life is moving.
Do not let every tight feeling or anxiety symptom trick you into retreating and spiralling. Learn to ask, "Where am I on the Grid?" Because once you name it, you can move through it.
Before you can eliminate anxiety, you have to recognise the difference between the anxiety that comes from spirals and the anxiety that comes from growth.
That difference matters. That clarity changes everything.
