    No prior knowledge is required. The workshop provides an accessible introduction to relevant theories and demonstrates how they apply to the tools we’ll cover.

    The resources provided are for your personal and professional use only and should not be distributed or shared without permission.
  • Who is this workshop designed for?
    This workshop is specifically tailored for trainees and qualified counsellors plus coaches who want to deepen their understanding of the inner critic and gain practical tools to support their clients effectively.
  • Are there any discounts available?

  • When will I receive the workbook?
    The interactive workbook will be emailed to you 7 days before the event. You will need to print it out before the workshop, as it is required for use during the workshop.

    Kay Choudary Senior Accredited Therapist, Traumatologist Clinics: Harley Street and Collier Row Affiliations: Counselling First & EMDR Centre, National Council of Psychotherapists (NCIP) (MBACP) With over 25 years of experience, Kay Choudary is a senior accredited therapist who has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Trauma and PTSD and specialises in supporting clients from a range of diverse backgrounds—from those experiencing low moods to survivors of complex trauma. Kay’s mission is to guide people in "finding themselves" and rediscovering joy in life. Her expertise in trauma therapy, supervision and as a CPCAB tutor has earned her a reputation for delivering transformative results. Natasha and Tamara Grid Society Ambassadors Natasha and Tamara bring a unique perspective to this workshop as both users and advocates of the Grid Society tools. Having experienced profound personal growth through these strategies, they are now passionate ambassadors, helping others unlock their potential. Natasha: A University academic and consultant with over 10 years of experience training and advising public sector organisations. Tamara: A marketing strategist specialising in coaching organisations on people engagement and innovative strategies. Together, Natasha and Tamara combine personal insight with professional expertise, making them dynamic Grid Society facilitators and ambassadors who connect theory to real-world application.
  • Can I ask questions during the workshop?
    Yes! The workshop is interactive, with dedicated opportunities for questions, discussions, and activities throughout the session.
  • How is the workshop delivered?
    The workshop will be conducted online via Zoom. You will receive the joining link 7 days before the event.
  • How long is the workshop?
    The workshop runs for 6.5 hours, including breaks, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • What is the refund policy?
    Refunds are available up to 8 days before the workshop date. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds due to administrative and resource commitments.
  • What if I can’t attend the live session?
    At this time, the workshop is only available as a live event. If you cannot attend, we recommend joining our mailing list for updates on future workshops.
  • Will I be able to use these tools with my clients immediately?
    Absolutely. The workshop focuses on practical tools and strategies that you can integrate into your sessions right away, supported by downloadable resources.
  • How do I claim my CPD Certificate?
    Your CPD Certificate will be emailed to you after the workshop, confirming your participation and learning.
