Workshop Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing our workshops. Please review our detailed booking policy below: 1. Booking Process All bookings must be made through our website or Eventbrite (where available). Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email immediately upon successful payment. 2. Joining Information (if applicable) The joining link will be emailed to you 8 days before the event. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of booking to avoid any issues. Please ensure hello@thisisgridlife.shop is in your safe senders list. 3. Workbook Delivery (If online) The interactive workbook will be sent via email 8 days before the workshop. You will need to print the workbook before the session, as it is necessary for participation. 4. Refund Policy Refunds are available up to 8 days prior to the workshop date.No refunds will be provided after this point due to administrative and resource commitments. If you are unable to attend, consider transferring your booking to a colleague. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to facilitate this transfer. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling by Us In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers, you will be notified as soon as possible. If rescheduled, your booking will be transferred to the new date. If the new date is not suitable, a full refund will be issued. 6. Attendance This workshop is a live event delivered between the advertised hours. No recordings of the workshop will be made available. Attendance is compulsory to receive the CPD Certificate (where relevant and advertised. Certificates will not be issued to those who do not attend. 7. Privacy Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and workshop participation. We do not share your details with third parties.
