Scold yourself when needed. Deliver constructive criticism where necessary, but do not sabotage, or destroy your self-esteem and crush your confidence.
Encourage & energise yourself after the scolding to keep moving and do better.
Do not beat yourself into fear, anxiety, hopelessness and despair unable to move forward with a positive frame of mind!

Actively listen to yourself. How do you speak to yourself? When you say something negative to yourself, write it down and analyse it. Make sure you are not your own enemy and if you are, change it - Read Grid Mission 5.
